Addressing the stock issues that have occurred over the past couple of months and the actions we are taking at Elements to resolve these issues
On the 23rd of March 2021, the Ever Given, a large container ship, ran aground in the Suez Canal. This event was largely reported in the media due to the extensive problems it caused for shipping across the world.
The ramifications to companies worldwide are still being felt months after this situation occurred due to the huge backlog that the 6-day disruption caused and the large amount of shipping that needs to be corrected.
Elements Home and Garden have been a casualty of this event along with many other companies suffering major delays in getting our imported products into the country. Because of this many of our items are currently out of stock, however, we are working with our suppliers to get pre-order dates.
Over the past month, we have been working extremely hard and paying extra shipping fees to get our supply train back on track so our customers can have their products as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, this is a situation that was completely out of our hands but we would still like to personally apologise to all of our current and potential customers for the issues this has caused in using our website.
We hope to be back in business as usual soon and we request your patience at this difficult time.
Moving forward we will be making changes to allow you to be notified when items come back into stock or to pre-order where possible so you have access to our range.
